Our journey began when we decided to take seafood and classic fish & chip shop favourites to a whole new level. We wanted to make a place where you’d always feel right at home and enjoy the beautiful surroundings we are so blessed to be amongst.
Our big cheese, Garry, is a seafood maestro with over 18 years of experience, and he teamed up with our culinary maestro friend to craft a menu that’s a perfect fusion of timeless tradition and a dash of modern flair. But that’s not all! Meet Mel, Garry’s better half, the secret ingredient that brought The Swordfish Co to life.

Our menu is like a treasure chest of deliciousness. We’re not just about flavour; we’re about quality and caring for your cravings. Even the little ones get a treat with our housemade nuggets, freshly battered N.Z. Hoki fish cocktails and the list goes on.
We source our fresh oysters from Empire Bay Oysters. Our fresh market seafood comes in regularly from Better Choices Fisheries and Shane’s Seafood, just to name a few! Our fresh produce comes from local legends, Fruit Brothers.
Our fresh cold seafood display is a seafood lover’s paradise and specials are here to dazzle you with Aussie Tiger Prawns, Fresh Balmain Bugs, N.Z Snapper & Hoki, Sydney Rock Oysters, QLD Barramundi, Tasmanian Salmon, QLD Sand Whiting, Flathead, Calamari and more! Our menu features; classic fish & chips, gourmet burgers, a dazzling array of grilled seafood, fresh salads that are as crisp as a sunny day, and all those old-school favourites you adore, plus The Swordfish Co Seafood Basket & Platter for 2, a seafood lover’s dream come true.
But hold onto your taste buds, because there’s more! We handcraft our own Gelato, and yes, you read that right – we make it fresh.
We believe in food for all, so our menu is for everyone. Check out our vegan-friendly options, like the Vegan Phish & Chips, and if you’re gluten-free, we’ve got you covered too.
Of course, a seafood feast isn’t complete without the perfect beverage. We’ve got you covered with local & international beers and wine, including gems like the Central Coast’s Six String Brewing Tropical Pale Ale.
